Does
Bluff Falls have a concession stand?
Yes, Bluff Falls has Splash
Grill. Items available are hamburgers, French fries, pizza, hot dogs,
chicken, nachos, ice cream, popcorn, candy, fruit drinks and soft drinks.
May I bring a cooler or food items into the park?
No, Bluff Falls does not allow
coolers or food items to be brought inside the park. However, there is a
park across the field that guests can enjoy their
brought-from-home-refreshments.
Are
life jackets provided?
Yes, life jackets are available to
rent or to purchase.
Are their changing rooms, showers and lockers available?
Yes, Bluff Falls has changing rooms
& showers. Lockers are available to rent.
Is
smoking allowed in the park?
We have designated smoking areas.
Please ask for specific information at the front gate regarding these areas.
Are
tubes available?
Tubes are provided for all rides.
I
forgot my bathing suit, do you have suits for sale?
Yes, Bluff Falls has a large
variety of swim suites which include men's, women's and children's suites,
cover-ups and t-shirts. We also have a wide variety of hats, sunglasses,
beach towels, shoes & sunscreen. No cut-off shorts are allowed.
May
I bring floats?
You may bring flotation devices,
within these guidelines. No conventional or automobile inner tubes are
allowed. No Styrofoam flotation devices, No double rafts, or one
person flotation rafts are allowed in Kiddie Pool, Wave Pool and the Lazy River.
No flotation devices over 6 feet in length.
Are
alcoholic beverages sold or allowed to be consumed in the park?
No.
May I
drop off my children that are 11 and under off at the park with no parental
supervision?
No, all children under 12 years of
age must be accompanied by an adult.
May
I bring my pet?
No pets are allowed on premises
except for those that assist disabled guests.
Is
there a charge for parking?
No.
I
do not plan to get in the water or ride any rides. I just want to visit
with my party and watch our grandson play. Do I have to purchase a ticket?
Yes, a land lovers ticket is
available to purchase at the ticket booth for $5 and Senior Citizens for $3,
If
bad weather arises while we are at the park, will I be reimbursed?
No, Bluff Falls does not give
refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather. Bluff Falls will close
for lightening, high winds, heavy rain and cold temperatures at manager's
discretion.
When
does the dry park close?
The dry park is open year round
depending on the weather. Please call us first to see what is available
for the day.
May
I pay with a credit card?
Yes, Bluff Falls accepts all major
credit cards along with checks and cash at our ticket booth and at the Splash
Grill.
Is
there an ATM machine available?
If you are short of cash, there is
an ATM machine located inside our lobby, across from the arcade for your
convenience.
What
do I do if I become separated from my child?
To help prevent becoming separated
from your party, make arrangements to meet at the ticket booth, located directly
inside the lobby. If you need assistance finding your child, please
contact the ticket someone in a Blue Bluff Falls shirt and they will happy to
help you.
Is
there a place to go if my child is injured?
Yes, Bluff Falls has a first aid
booth located to the right of the changing rooms. If you need assistance
in finding the booth, please ask anyone in a Blue Bluff Falls shirt and they
will direct you to the booth.
Is
there a dress code at Bluff Falls?
The following regulations are for
the safety of our guests and employees and apply to all guests regardless of
age, sex, religion, race, color or creed. Traditional swimwear is
required. Children in diapers and those being toilet trained must wear
approved swim pants in the water. No provocative or thong swimsuits,
clothing with rivets, buckles, belts or metal ornaments. No long pants or
cut-off shorts. No oversized or baggy clothing that cannot remain at or
above the waistline without a belt or other support. Displayed tattoos
must be in good taste and not offensive to a family environment. Guests
may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal or
unacceptable language, pictures, symbols, phrases, etc. Guests may not
wear any article of clothing that conveys a gang look or appears to be gang
related. This may included, but is not limited to: altered baseball caps &
clothing, bandannas, oversized pants and shirts or sagging pants displaying
undergarments. No loitering, unruly behavior, profanity, vandalism, line
cutting or alcohol & drugs. Failure to comply with any part of the dress
code may result in ejection from the the park without refund. For your
safety, Bluff Falls reserves the right to physical inspections of any items
carried in or out of the park.
